探析房建工程施工质量管理和控制

摘要

近年来，因为我国市场经济的飞跃，建筑行业也得到了崛起，建筑工程量随之年年攀升，这使得建筑市场泥沙俱下。施工单位一定要强化对建筑工程质量的控制，保证房建工程不会出现质量问题。本文初步探讨了房建工程施工质量的管理控制问题，对于如何加强对建筑工程质量管理掌控的方法手段提出了一些看法。%In recent years, because our country market econo-my leap, the construction industry has been rising, construction volume is increasing year by year, which makes the constructi-on market there is a mingling of good and bad. Control of con-struction units must strengthen the construction quality, to ens-ure that housing construction wil not appear quality problem. This paper discusses the real control problems of construction quality, puts forward some suggestions about how to strengthe-n the means of management of construction project quality co-ntrol.
