建筑节能与社会经济效益研究

摘要

自工业革命以来，全球各项事业飞速发展，人们的物质生活水平上升到了一个前所未有的高度。但我们为此所付出的代价却是，生态环境破坏、自然能源消耗加剧，如果继续按照这样的趋势发展下去，那么有一天我们总将走向万劫不复之地，于是全球政府部门、社会组织以及其他各行各业都开始致力于扭转这一现状。在这样的社会背景下，建筑节能理念与技术应运而生，而建筑节能不仅可以减少能源消耗，在一定程度上避免生态环境遭到进一步破坏，另一方面它也可以给我们带来丰厚的社会效益。所以，本文站在社会经济效益的角度上，对建筑节能进行了分析、研究，并对如何进一步推广建筑节能提出了探讨性建议。%since the industrial revolution, the rapid developm-ent of each career, people's material life level rose to a hitherto unknown height. But we are prepared to pay the price is, the destruction of the ecological environment, natural energy cons-umption increased, if the trend continues, someday we wil move toward the world doomed eternally, and government departments, social organizations and other industries have be-gun to reverse this situation. In this social context, emerge as the times require building energy-saving concepts and techniq-ues, and building energy saving can not only reduce energy consumption, to prevent further destruction of ecological env-ironment to a certain extent, on the other hand, it also can br-ing rich and generous social benefits to us. So, this paper sta-nds in the social economy benefit angle, are analyzed, research on building energy efficiency, and how to further promote the construction of energy-saving put forward suggestion.
