老年住宅建筑区空间布局及功能设计

摘要

With the aging of the population, how to design the elderly housing has become the focus of social at ention. In this paper, combined with the characteristics of the old reside-ntial building, the author summarizes the methods of inside and outside of architectural space layout and functional design, and puts forward some practical application of intel igent bu-ilding design thought in elderly residential building in the area.%随着老龄化人口的加剧，如何设计适应老年人的住宅已成为社会关注的重点。本文结合老年住宅建筑区的特点，总结了建筑内外空间布局及功能设计的方法，并提出了智能建筑思想在老年住宅建筑区设计中的实际应用。
