软土地基带来的不均匀沉降的原因很多，与土质本身以及地质勘测资料的指导性、整体设计的合理性、建筑结构特征、施工因素等有关。不均匀的沉降会影响建筑的安全性，因此实践中应着重从诱因出发来防治不均匀沉降。%There are many causes for differential settlement of soft foundation, related to the soil property, the guidance of geological survey data, the rationality of the overal design, the characteristics of building structures, construction factors and so on. Differential set lement wil affect the building safety, so it is benefit to prevent the differential set lement from the cause in practice.
