浅谈热带地区住宅建筑设计

摘要

儋州市位于海南的西北部，这里的购房者主要以候鸟族的养老度假型为主、本地居民为辅的分布形式。文章就该地区气候夏热冬暖、日照充足等地域特性，对热带地区住宅建筑设计提出了一些浅见。%Danzhou City locates in the northwest of Hainan province, where the buyers mainly compose of migratory bi-rds’ family endowment vacationing industry with the compl-ementary form distribution of local residents. This article pro-poses some humble opinions to the residential building design in the tropical area on the basis of the geographical features of hot summer and warm winter climate, and sufficient sunshine.
