基于改进灰色GM（1，N）模型的建筑工程造价预测

摘要

Adopting an improved grey GM (1, N) model, forecasting model based on the analysis of the construction project cost data in xi 'an area this year is established in this paper. Firstly, the original data is initialized and 1-AGO pro-cessing. Then using a smooth optimization on the background value, a new grey forecasting model is established.%本文采用一种改进的灰色GM（1，N）模型，在对西安地区今年建筑工程造价数据分析的基础上建立了预测模型。原始数据经过初始化及1-AGO 处理后，利用对背景值采取光滑优化处理，建立了新型的灰色预测模型。
