市政道路施工中协调管理的重要性探讨

摘要

协调管理在市政道路施工中占有重要地位，它可以有效提高施工效率，保证工程质量，尽量避免返工现象的出现。本文从项目施工中出现问题的原因以及如何做好协调管理工作两方面来阐述，以期对提高施工中协调管理水平有所参考和借鉴。%Coordinated management takes an importance role in municipal road construction. It can improve the efficiency of construction and guarantee the quality of engineering, trying to avoid rework phenomenon. This paper expounds it from two aspects, the reasons of problems in project construction, and how to complete coordination management, hoping to provide guidance and reference to improve the level of coordinated management in construction.
