刍议施工项目管理存在的问题及对策

摘要

本文通过施工项目管理实践及理论学习，从油田施工项目管理的实际现状出发，分析了油田项目施工过程中存在的问题，提出了施工项目管理上采取的对策，以便做好油田施工项目管理的工作。%In this paper, based on the practice and theoretical study of the construction project management, starting from the actual situation of oilfield construction project management, analyzes the problems existing in the construction process of oil field project, puts forward the countermeasures on the cons-truction project management, so that to do a good job of oil-field construction project management.
