工民建工程中防渗漏技术探讨

Industrial and civil construction continues to deve-lop, also produces a variety of problems at the same time. This paper according to civil engineering house leakage factors, pu-ts forward the anti leakage technology leakage and the corresp-onding construction scheme and opinions, to make efforts to e-nsure the project schedule, and also stressed the importance of anti leakage technology in engineering.%工业与民用建筑在不断发展的同时，也产生了各种各样的问题。本文就工民建工程中房屋产生渗漏的因素，提出了针对渗漏的防渗漏技术以及相对应的施工方案与意见，为保证工程的工期做出努力，同时也强调了防渗漏技术在工程中的重要性。
