房地产项目公司成本控制问题及对策

摘要

实践证明，房地产项目成本控制，是实现利润最大化的重要管理措施和有效的直接的手段。加强项目成本控制，可以有效的提高企业的竞争力。本文分析了房地产项目公司一线成本管控存在的问题，提出切实可行的成本控制方法。%Practice has proved, the real estate project cost co-ntrol is an important management measures and effective dir-ect mean to achieve the profit maximization. Strengthening the project cost control, can effectively improve the competitive-ness of enterprises. This paper analyzes the existing problems of real estate item company first cost control, puts forward me-thods of practical cost control.
