At present, in order to construct as soon as possible and reduce the engineering cost in a lot of projects, people co-ntrol the construction progress is not enough, which lead the construction quality, cost and safety cannot be effectively con-trolled. In the construction engineering, the construction proc-ess is the key step. In order to ensure the construction quality and control the project cost, the scientific management of con-struction progress is needed.%目前，很多工程为了尽快施工与减少工程成本，对施工进度的控制不够，导致建筑施工质量、造价和安全不能有效控制。建筑工程中，施工过程是关键步骤。为了保障建筑施工质量、控制工程造价，需要对施工进度进行科学管理。
