城市轨道交通建设安全管理信息系统设计

摘要

从城市轨道交通土建工程建设安全角度出发,根据用户的实际需求,开发出城市轨道交通土建工程建设安全数据库,设计出相应的事故信息模块.利用计算机技术实行信息化管理,实现事故信息、险情信息的电子化、规范化保存.该数据库能够对事故进行统计分析,找出事故发生的规律,可以为实现事前预防、资源共享、降低安全事故发生服务,并为管理者和建设者提供决策依据.%From the viewpoint of safety of urban rail transit construction and based on the actual demands of users, authors of the paper established a database for safety of urban rail transit construction and designed the corresponding data modules of accident information. Using the computer techniques to carry out information management, we can achieve the electronic and standardized preservation for the information of accidents and risks. This database allows for the statistical analysis of accidents and can find out their regularities, so that we can achieve prevention in advance, share the resources, reduce the security accidents and provide decision-making basis for the managers and constructors.
