新型单液浆在地铁盾构隧道下穿机场跑道中的应用

摘要

In the project of the tunnel shield machine's un der-passing the airport runway on Shanghai Rail Transit Line 10, Bid 15, a new type of single liquid slurry of syn chronous grouting is developed and applied. It has a high specific gravity, low consistency, high shear characteris tics, and has a significant effect for controlling deforma tion of soil around the tunnel and the water-proof and sta ble of the tunnel. This article highlights the material ratio test, the pumping test, the field test and the engineering applications of this new type of single liquid slurry.%在上海轨道交通10号线15标区间隧道盾构下穿机场跑道的工程中,开发应用了同步注浆的一种新型单液浆.它具有大比重、低稠度、高抗剪的特点,对于控制隧道周围土体变形、隧道的防水及稳定有显著的效果.重点介绍了新型单液浆的材料配比试验、泵送试验、现场试验和工程应用.
