以宁波地铁1号线为例分析了地铁自动售检票(AFC)系统车站终端设备的故障数据,并找出其规律.车站终端设备中自动售票机故障率最高,而且车站客流量与终端设备故障率之间存在明显相关性.详细阐述了AFC系统故障的特点,总结了影响车站终端备置故障的主要因素.针对不同阶段运行的设备故障类型,提出设备维护与维修策略,可提高AFC设备故障维修的效率.%Through analysing the fault data of SLE equipment in metro AFC system,the regularity of AFC equipment fault is detected.Based on the types of AFC faults during different operation stages,the maintenance strategies and repairing for AFC systems and equipments are proposed,in order to improve the efficiency of the AFC equipment repairing,provide some references for AFC equipment maintenance and repairing in urban rail transit field.
