基于企业信息化管理的电气设计协同平台构建

摘要

电气设计过程管理体系的建设是提升产品研发体系的重要组成环节，能直接反映出企业设计水平和信息化建设水平。通过对国内相关企业现状的调研分析，并结合企业现有信息化手段，对企业的整体电气设计模式进行梳理，从基础物料管理、过程协同管理、设计数据管理、设计变更管理、设计质量管理等方面进行分析论证，构建了一套基于企业信息化管理的电气设计协同平台架构体系。%Electrical design process management system is a key of lean development system,which directly affects the entire informatization and design level of an enterprise. Through investigation of current rail transit design situation in China,and combined with the means of enterprise infor-matization technology,the electrical integrated design pat-terns of enterprises,including the basic component man-agement,concurrent engineering management,design data management,changing process management and design quality management are analyzed and verified,in order to build up a coordination platform for electrical design based on the lean development of the system engineering method-ology.
