基于GIS的征地数据库建设及应用研究——以济南市为例

摘要

主要介绍了基于地理信息系统（GIS）的征地数据库设计和建设,讨论了系统实现的一些关键技术。本项目实施后,在济南市国土资源局系统内实现了征地数据共享,为征地业务网上审批提供集中统一的数据源,在征地批后业务实施全过程监管中提供数据支持,为实现国土资源＂一张图＂管地和精细化管理打好了基础。%This paper describes a （;IS-based information system（GIS）for land acquisition and construction of database design, system implementation discussed some of the key technologies. After the implementation of this project, Land Resources Bureau in Jinan City,land data sharing within the system,the approval for the land acquisition business to provide a centralized online data sources,after the land grant in the business of the whole proeess of monitoring to provide data support for the realization of land and resources ＂a map＂ to lay the foundation and meticulous management.
