规划监督竣工验收测量精度控制探讨

摘要

城市规划管理是城市建设规范性的保障，也是城市可持续发展的保障，城市规划监督测量作为城市规划管理的技术手段，在城市建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用。城市规划监督测量主要包括放线测量、灰线验线测量、±0层验线（结构到顶验线）、验收测量四个阶段。本文以大同煤矿集团棚户区改造项目竣工验收测量为研究对象，探讨规划监督测量过程中测量精度控制及提高的相关技术。%Urban planning management is the guarantee of the urban construction standardization , as well as the guarantee for urban sustainable development .Urban planning supervision and measurement .For the urban planning management technology ,planning supervision survey play a more and more important role in urban construction .Urban planning supervision survey mainly includes four stages:alignment measurement ,grey line stage checking measurement ,± 0 layer( top lever of structure ) stage checking measurement ,finished construction acceptance survey .In datong coal mine group shantytown renovation project finished construction acceptance survey as the research object ,explore the technology of precision control and improve in the process of planning supervision survey .
