我国已建立2000国家大地控制网,并建立了2000国家坐标系 CSCS2000,但目前用以测图及工程规划、设计以及其他用途的大地控制点坐标系一般又都是1954北京坐标系或1980西安坐标系。如何将这些控制点统一到2000国家坐标系是当前必须解决的问题。本文就现行坐标系与2000国家坐标系之间的转换基础理论和方法进行研究。基于 ActiveX 技术,并利用 VBA 作为编程语言,结合 AutoCAD 的图像处理功能和二次开发平台,实现坐标转换的智能化,最后通过实例对其误差进行分析,验证该坐标转换系统的有效性和可行性。%China has established 2000 national geodetic control network,and the establishment of the 2000 national coordinate system CSCS2000. But for the mapping and engineering planning,design and other uses of geodetic control points and both are normally coordinate system the 1954 Beijing or the 1980 Xi′an coordinate system. How these control points to the 2000 national unified coordinate system is the current that must be addressed. In this paper,the current co-ordinate system and the 2000 national coordinate system transformation between the basic theories and methods of re-search. Based on ActiveX technology,and use VBA as a programming language,combined with image processing func-tions AutoCAD and secondary d6evelopment platform,coordinate transformation of the intelligence,the last example is the analysis of its error,verify that the coordinates of the effectiveness and feasibility of the conversion system.
