氮氧化物种类繁多,本文重点分析了氮氧化物的转换效率问题,探究了样气出口露点稳定性和冷凝器除水能力。研究结果表明,对于NO2转换效率,碳炉催化器的最佳转换温度为230℃;钼炉催化器的最佳转换温度为400℃。最高样气露点随着环境温度升高(24-42℃),流量变化(1-3L/min)逐步降低。%Nitrogen oxides have a great variety, this paper analyzes the conversion efficiency of nitrogen oxides, and explores the sample gas outlet dew point stability and condenser water removal capacity. The results show that for NO2 conversion efficiency, optimum temperature is 230℃ catalyzed bycarbon catalytic oven; optimal transition temperature is 400℃ catalyzed by molybdenum furnace. Maximum sample gas dew point increases as the ambient temperature (24-42℃ ) rises, flow changes (1-3L/min) gradual y decreased.
