基于历史铁路站点现状改造的城市更新研究--温州市域铁路S1线温州站轨道交通站点一体化城市设计

摘要

Through the analysis of current situation of Wenzhou Station, the author pointed out problems in function、traffic、space and culture of the station. Then he put forward a new solution named“Tonghui City”. He complied new guidance document for implementation of development, and hoped to realize urban renewal of Wenzhou station area.%通过对温州站地区现状的分析，指出存在的功能、交通、空间、文化等问题，并提出全新的“通汇城”解决方案，为实施开发编制指导文件，期望实现温州站地区的城市更新。
