An on-line analyzer for determining the concentration of uranium in the adsorption effluent was developed by using 5-Br-PADAP spectrophotometry.The chemical principle,hardware composi-tions,measurement procedures and other functions of the instrument were introduced.The uranium mass concentration between 0.05~2.00 mg/L can be analyzed by the instrument.The repeatability error of the instrument is 1.0%,and the instrument indication error is 1.5%.Adding standard recov-ery of the instrument is 96.0% ~104.0%.T he field test show s that the instrument has good stability and high measurement accuracy,and the measurement data are basically consistent with the field titra-tion analysis.T he instrument meets the requirement of on-line analysis.%采用5-Br-PADAP分光光度法,研制了一种测定吸附尾液中铀浓度的在线分析仪,介绍了仪器的化学原理、硬件组成、测定程序及其他功能.仪器实现了对质量浓度为0.05~2.00 mg/L铀的测定.仪器的重复性误差为1.0%,示值误差为1.5%,加标回收率为96.0% ~104.0%.现场测试表明:仪器运行稳定性好,测量精度高,测量数据与现场滴定分析基本一致,满足现场分析要求.
