黄沙坨油田原油低温氧化反应条件试验研究

         

摘要

In order to study whether the crude oil in Huangshatuo oilfield under the formation conditions will react with the air at low temperature, provide the basis for screening the non-hydrocarbon gas flooding medium, in this study, the process of oxidation of crude oil samples and air in the mercury-free formation fluid analysis system was studied by indoor experiment.The changes of O2, CO2 and CO were analyzed, and the consumption rate of O2 was analyzed.The reaction of crude oil with air was evaluated under different conditions active.The experimental results show that the temperature of the crude oil and air in the low temperature oxidation reaction is greater than 120℃, while the reservoir formation temperature is 106℃, indicating that in the current formation temperature, the area of crude oil and air will not occurred low temperature oxidation reaction.When the reaction temperature was 130℃, only CO2 was generated, when the reaction temperature was higher than 140℃, at the same time generate CO and CO2, indicating that the higher the reaction temperature, the more intense the oxidation reaction.The change curve of the crude oil component after the low temperature oxidation reaction shows that the effect of the reaction temperature on the light component content is not obvious, and the hydrocarbons that produce the oxidation reaction are mainly concentrated between C7~C21.The results provide an important basis for the screening of non-hydrocarbon gas flooding test injection media, which avoids the engineering risk.%为研究地层条件下黄沙坨油田原油是否会与空气发生低温氧化反应,为区块非烃类气驱注入介质的筛选提供依据,本研究通过室内试验研究原油样品与空气在无汞地层流体分析系统中的氧化反应过程,检测O2、CO2和CO等气体的变化情况,分析O2的消耗速度,评价不同条件下原油与空气的反应活性.试验结果表明:该区原油与空气发生低温氧化反应的温度大于120℃ ,而油藏地层温度为106℃,说明在目前地层温度下,该区原油与空气不会发生低温氧化反应;反应温度为130℃时只生成了CO2,当反应温度高于140℃时同时生成CO和CO2,说明反应温度越高氧化反应越剧烈;低温氧化反应后原油组分的变化曲线说明反应温度对轻质组分含量的影响并不明显,发生氧化反应的烃类主要集中在C7~C21之间.研究成果为现场非烃类气驱试验注入介质的筛选提供了重要依据,避免了工程危险.
