调门运行特性对超临界660MW机组经济性影响的试验研究

         

摘要

A safe and reliable valve operational mode of GV1 + GV2 - GV3 - GV4 opening orderly is obtained on a 660MW supercritical steam turbine with shaft failure, implementing operational mode changing from single valve to ordinal valve successfully. Based on performance test data, the economical efficiency of single valve and ordinal valve operational mode is compared, which indicates that the economical efficiency increases a lot under ordinal valve operational mode for load below 500MW. For common loads of the unit, the opening superposition of regulative valve has been adjusted to decrease throttle loss,which can also increase the main steam pressure maintaining the supercritical unit operating with high efficiency.%对存在轴系故障的超临界660MW机组,通过模拟试验成功地完成了从单阀到顺序阀运行方式的切换.由机组性能试验数据,比较了单阀运行和顺序阀运行的经济指标,在500MW以下负荷,机组节能效果明显.针对机组日常运行负荷,对调门重叠度进行了调整,减少了节流损失,并相应提高机组运行主汽压力,保证机组超临界参数、高效率运行的优势得以发挥.
