改进的汽轮机热力系统修正方法研究

         

摘要

汽轮机热力系统的修正对于验证汽轮机设计制造效果、确定汽轮机热耗率应达值具有重要的意义.常规的热力系统修正方法需要预先确定蒸汽在汽轮机内的膨胀过程线,而凝汽式汽轮机中蒸汽膨胀过程线存在较大的误差,从而引起热力系统修正计算结果产生较大的误差.为此,提出改进的热力系统修正方法,该方法基于蒸汽在汽轮机内等熵膨胀过程线进行热力系统的修正,避开了蒸汽在汽轮机内膨胀过程线的求取问题.实例计算结果表明:与常规的热力系统修正方法相比,改进的热力系统修正方法最大相对误差为0.123%.%The thermal system correction of steam turbine is significant to verify the level of design and manufacture and determine the heat rate of steam turbine. The steam expansion process curve is determined in advance in the current thermal system correction method. However,the expansion process curve of the condensing steam turbine has a bigger deviation,a large error of thermal system correction results can be caused. For this reason, an improvement method which is based on isentropic expansion process curve is proposed to correct the thermal system in this paper. The method avoids the expansion process curve of the condensing steam turbine computation. The calculation results show that the maximal relative error of improvement method is 0. 123% ,compared with the current thermal system correction method.
