叶顶间隙对某型压气机典型级气动性能的影响

         

摘要

以某F级燃气轮机的轴流压气机的3级典型级为研究对象,采用全三维数值模拟方法分析了3种叶顶间隙情况下压气机的内部流动。数值研究结果表明:叶顶间隙大小对压气机的性能影响比较显著,随着间隙的增加,压气机的压比、效率等性能明显下降;同时,由于叶顶间隙内泄漏涡的扰动,对机匣壁面、叶顶附近叶片表面的静压分布有较大的影响。%The internal flow fields of three representative stages of a Fclass gas turbine axial -flow compressor was numerically simulated with three-dimensional CFD under three different tip clearance size .The results of numerical analysis show that with the increase of tip clearance size , the performance of three stage compressor change obviously , the performance parameters such as efficiency ,pressure ratio tended to decrease obviously;Meanwhile ,the distribution of static pressure on surface of the compressor casing and the blade surface near the tip because of the existence of leakage vortex .
