The analysis on vibration signal is often based on the waveform signal collected at a specific measuring point in a specific flash.Thus the vibration waveform signal is the representation of the condition.Under such circumstance,the fault diagnosis method based on the randomly extractive information of condition can not well differentiate these faults.This paper proposes a new diagnosis idea based on information fusion of process,on the basis of the information entropy,the information exergy and the space close degree of information exergy is defined.Then,a new diagnosis method of vibration faults of rotating machinery based on space close degree of information exergy is proposed.%振动信号的分析往往是针对特定测点在某一瞬间采集的一段波形,因此它是状态的一种表现.这种依靠随机抽取的状态信息来进行故障诊断的方法不能很好地区分各种故障.提出了基于多状态的过程信息来进行诊断的新思路,以信息熵方法为基础,通过定义信息(火用)和信息(火用)空间贴近度的概念,从而提出了一种基于信息炯空间贴近度的旋转机械振动故障诊断新方法.
