考虑小机排汽的凝汽器喉部加装导流装置的数值试验研究

         

摘要

针对某300MW汽轮机带有小机排汽而造成的凝汽器喉部流场分布不合理的问题,提出了喉部改造的必要性。通过对喉部的流场进行三维数值模拟,指出了流场分布不均匀的原因。因此,开展了在凝汽器喉部加装导流装置的数值试验研究,找到了一种合理布置导流装置的优化方案。模拟结果显示:加装导流装置后,流场的分布得到明显的改善,提升了凝汽器喉部出口流场的排汽均匀性,改善了凝汽器的工作条件,为凝汽器喉部的设计和改造奠定了理论基础。%The necessity of reforming the condenser throat was proposed aiming at a 300MW steam turbine which has an unreasonable flow field distribution at condenser throat thanks to the exhaust of boiler feed pump turbine .Pointing out the cause of the non-uniform distribution of flow field through three-dimensional numerical simulation about the flow field at condenser throat .Therefore,a study of the numerical experiments research of condenser throat installing flow guide devices considering exhaust of boiler feed pump turbine has been done ,and a optimal scheme fixing the flow guide devices up have been found through numerous experiments .The simulation results implies that the flow field and exhaust uniformity of condenser throat outlet flow field have been significantly improved after installing the flow guide devices ,which improves the working conditions of condenser and provides the theoretical foundation for the designing and reforming of the condenser throat.
