发电厂循环水泵高低速并联特性分析

         

摘要

目前火电机组循环冷却水系统多采用双速循环水泵进行循环水量的调节,在循环水泵运行方式上,高低速循环水泵并联的运行方式一直都是值得关注的焦点问题,而目前关于这种高低速水泵并联的运行方式特性的讨论方法都存在一定的局限性。综合现有的方法,从可行性和合理性两个方面来讨论高低速循环水泵并联的特性,先结合扬程特性曲线和管路特性曲线来分析这种运行方式的可行性,再根据水泵效率特性来讨论这种运行方式的合理性,提出了可行性的数值判定方法,为实现最优的循环水泵运行方式提供理论依据。%The circulating water system of the thermal power unit use two-speed pumps to adjust circulating water flow frequently.And the mode of operation of the different speed pumps in parallel is a focus issue for a long time, but methods at present to discuss this issue have each limitation.In this paper, the characteristics analysis of different speed water pumps in parallel includes feasibility and rationality.The method use the pump characteristics curve and the pipeline characteristics curve to illustrate the feasibility and use the efficiency curve to illustrate the rationality, present a numerical method to judge the feasibility, then provide the theoretical basis for realizing the optimum circulating water pump group operation mode.
