热等静压处理技术在燃机叶片上的应用

     

摘要

为减少叶片内部显微疏松等冶金缺陷,提高铸件合格率,将热等静压处理技术应用于某高温合金大尺寸精铸导向叶片.研究表明,热等静压处理对某高温合金导向叶片内部显微疏松具有明显闭合效果,疏松体积分数较大部位的闭合程度达80%.建立了热等静压处理过程中显微疏松闭合机制模型.热等静压处理合金高温力学性能高于技术指标要求.热等静压处理导向叶片通过某燃机600h试车考核.%For elimination the inner porosity and improving properties of the castings,hot isostatic pressing(HIP) had been used for the gas turbine vanes of a cast superalloy high temperature alloy. Results showed that the most of porosities(over 80%) were eliminated by HIP at 1200℃. Accordingly,the healing mode of the porosity was established. The HIPed high temperature alloy vanes, which possessed the higher mechanical properties at high temperature, had been successfully applied for 600 hr in a civil gas turbine.
