滑动轴承浮动油挡引发的不稳定振动故障分析

摘要

针对某台汽轮发电机组上发生的不稳定振动故障问题,通过对机组振动的测试与分析,判断故障是由于低压转子两侧滑动轴承浮动油挡卡涩所引起的.介绍了机组启停过程中发生的振动现象,分析了故障原因和机理,总结了这类故障特征.%The unsteady vibration occurred on a turbo generator unit.It was determined that the jammed floating oil seal of journal bearing is the main reason of the fault by vibration test and analysis.The vibration phenomenon during run up and run down process was introduced.Fault reason and mechanism was analyzed.Fault symptom was summarized.
