解决高校青年教职工住房途径的探析——后房改时代解决教工住房的出路

             

摘要

高等学校青年教师是学校未来的顶梁柱,他们是一批学历高、专业性强、思维活跃、敢于尝试、有上进心的有为青年,这支年轻的教师队伍对高校学科的发展、教学科研的不断向前推进具有潜在的、不可代替的作用,是学校的未来和希望。青年教师来校工作基本上都到了婚育年龄,在高房价时代,解决好他们的住房问题非常重要。解决好教师住房问题,是引进人才、留住人才,建设高水平、稳定的师资队伍的关键因素之一。本文浅述了后房改时代(住房货币化时代),高等学校青年教师住房的困境,提出了解决高校青年教师住房的几种途径,希望其能对稳定高校教师队伍,增强学校的凝聚力,促进学校事业的不断发展起到了启示性的作用。%Young college teachers are the school of the future backbone, they are a number of high academic qualifications, professional and strong, thinking is active, dare to try, motivated young people, the young teachers in Colleges and universities teaching scientific research and discipline development, advancing with the potential, can not replace the role, is the school future and hope. Young teachers to school work basically have reached the age of childbearing age, at high prices, to solve their housing problem is very important. To solve the housing problem of teachers, is the introduction of talent, tarry talent, build high level, stable teaching staff is one of the key factors. This paper introduces the following era (housing reform housing monetization times), young college teachers' housing difficulties, puts forward several ways of young college teachers' housing, hopes it can to stabilize the teachers team, strengthen the school cohesion, to promote the school' s development plays an enlightening role.
