基于GIS的城市慢行交通系统连续性评价方法研究

         

摘要

提出能反映慢行系统连续性的2个评价指标———单路径连续度和系统总体连续度,给出基于 GIS(地理信息系统)的三步骤慢行系统连续性评价方法:首先建立研究范围的道路交通基础数据库;而后确定该范围内的有效慢行出行 OD对,选择出行路径;最后,计算各慢行 OD对的权重,对系统连续性进行评价。该方法可以用来评价慢行系统的现状以及慢行系统的规划方案,较之前的问卷调查法更为准确。并且以上海某镇为例对该评价方法进行详细描述。%Two indexes are proposed to evaluate urban slow traffic continuity:single path continuity and overall system continuity.A three-step evaluation method of urban slow traffic continuity is given based on Geographical Information System (GIS).Firstly,road traffic fundamental database within research scope is established.Secondly,slow traffic OD is established and the travel route is deter-mined.Thirdly,the weight of slow traffic OD is calculated to evaluate urban slow traffic continuity. This method can be used to evaluate not only the present situation,but also the planning scheme of slow traffic.Furthermore,this method is more accurate than questionnaire method mostly used be-fore.In the end of this paper,a case in a town of Shanghai City is taken as an example to illustrate the evaluation method in detail.
