基于GIS和AHP量化分析的城市设计方案评价与比较方法研究——以三林滨江南片区城市设计方案比选为例

摘要

长期以来,传统的城市设计方案征集较多采用专家评审制进行评选,而基于计算机软件和数学模型的量化分析评价则比较少见.鉴于专家专业背景差异、方案汇报与问答时间限制、汇报技巧与质量差异等诸多不确定因素,传统方式得出的评选结果难免有失全面和客观,而量化分析方式则可以形成有效的互补.结合三林滨江南片地区规划项目实践,以该地区的两个城市设计优胜方案为评价对象,利用GIS分析技术和AHP层次分析方法对方案进行了量化评价与比较的探索,以期提高方案评价与比较的科学性和合理性,并利用量化分析结论有效指导方案的整合与深化.%For a long time,the traditional way of urban design schemes evaluation are more based on experts' experience,but the quantitative way based on computer software and mathematical model is relatively rare.Considering the uncertain factors such as the difference of experts' knowledge background,the time limitation of reporting and Q &A,and the difference of designers' reporting quality and so on,the traditional way is hard to be very comprehensive and objective,and a quantitative way is needed to be conmplementary.Based on the practice of South Sanlin Riverside Area project,this paper explores a quantitative way of evaluating and comparing urban design schemes with GIS technology and AHP methods,in order to improve the scientificity and rationality of the evaluation and comparison,and effectively guide the integration and deepening of urban design with the conclusions.
