本文针对上岗培训考核这一重要环节，建立全过程、全要素、模拟实战、流水作业式的上岗考核模式，以提高考核的质量和效率。考核前要选择考核岗位、完善理论考核题量和题型设置、增加实践性操作考核项目、集体研讨考核细则标准等环节。实际考核流程完全按照正常工作流程，考核要素包括采取个人防护措施、采集核收标本、标本前处理、上机操作、常见故障排除、镜检、特殊试剂配制、报告审核发布、标本遗撒处理、临床危急值报告、回答临床咨询、各种记录等。采用流水作业方式提高考核效率，严格考核纪律确保公平，考核评审确保质量，及时向考生反馈促进持续改进。考核模式标准更加细化和统一，考核更加全面、客观，结果可比性强，提高了效率质量。将上岗考核由组室行为提升到科室行为，可有效加强组织管理，使得上岗考核的质量得到有效控制。%This paper presents the whole process , all elements, simulation, assembly line style of qualification examination mode before taking the job .To improve quality and efficiency of the exa-mination , we need to choose the evaluation of working position , perfect the theory test set , expand the number of examination questions , increase the project of practice examination , and collect dis-cussion assessment standard before the examination .The practical examination completely accords to the normal work process .The elements of examination include:personal protection measures , collec-ting and receiving specimens , specimen pretreatment , operation , trouble shooting , microscopic examination , preparation of special reagents , review and issue the inspection report , sample overflow , clinical critical value report , clinical consultation , and various records .Using the streamlined way to improve the assessment efficiency , strictly enforce the examination discipline to ensure fair , evaluate the assessment to ensure the quality , to promote continuous improvement by timely feedback .The standards of the assessment model becomes more detailed and unified ,more comprehensive and ob-jective .Results is more easier to be compared .It can improve the efficiency of the assessment quality . The qualification examination from the group to department behavior can effectively strengthen the organization and management , the quality of postevaluation could be effectively controlled .
