转化医学的学科化发展趋势探讨

摘要

转化医学是生物医学飞速发展到一定阶段的必然产物。作为医学发展的前沿复杂交叉领域，在基础研究和临床医疗之间建立直接的桥梁而受到研究学者和临床医生前所未有的重视。转化医学的学科化也在其理念深入人心的同时慢慢发展着。作者对转化医学的产生背景、国内外发展现状归纳总结，并对其当前学科化建设的基本要素、现实要求及学科化过程中的一些问题进行探讨。%The rapid development of biomedical researches has generated translational medi￣cine. As a frontier of medicine,translational medicine would build a bridge between basic biomedical researches and clinical therapeutic strategies which got amount of attentions. Meanwhile, the deve￣lopment of translational medicine leads to the establishment of its disciplining step by step. The pur￣pose of this review is to introduction the background, recent domestic and foreign advances in the development of translational medicine and to discuss the perspectives on the future disciplining ten￣dency of translational medicine.
