智能弹箭静态参数测量系统的设计

             

摘要

针对弹箭参数的高精度要求,设计并实现了基于三点测量法原理的智能弹箭静态参数测量系统,用于在一种机械装置下测出弹箭的质量和偏心,给出了测量系统的总体设计方案.采用ATmega128单片机,称重传感器,AD7799,步进电机等构成硬件电路;用LabVIEW编写系统操作界面,控制系统操作流程;对传感器进行了标定,并对样柱进行了测试,结果准确可靠,达到了系统的精度要求;系统具有硬件可靠,软件简便易懂移植性好,人机交互界面友好和使用方便等优点,具有很高的使用价值.%Aiming at high precision requirement of static parameters of bullet and rocket, intelligent static parameters of bullet and rocket measurement system based on three points measurement method is designed and realized. It is used to test mass and centroid under the same mechanical equipment. The whole design scheme is given. Hardware circuit is comprised by single chip Atmegal28, load cell, AD7799, stepper motor and so on. Lab VIEW is used to compile the operation interface and controled the operation process. The three load cells are demarcated, the models are tested,and the result is accurate which can achieve the precision requirement. This system has the characteristic of reliable hardware,understandable and portable software,friendly interface and easy to use,so it has high value of application.
