基于无线通信技术的多点动态温度测控系统

         

摘要

Based on wireless communication technology, a multi-points temperature measurement and control system is designed and implemented. The principle and implementation of this system are illuminated in detail. The lower computer uses P89LPC938 single chip microcomputer as the core, the water temperature is measured in multi-points by using one-wire bus digital temperature sensor DS18B20. The datas are transmitted through the wireless receiving and sending module nRF905; the upper computer received the data by the module nRF905 and the data is transmitted to PC through RS-232 series. The experimental results show that the system can not only measure and control water temperature in multi-points dynamicly, but also realize data transmission by wireless communication technology. It reduces the installation and debugging time effectively and improves the stability of the control system.%设计了基于无线通信技术的多点温度测控系统,阐述了系统的具体实现原理和方法.系统下位机以P89LPC938单片机为核心,采用单总线的数字温度传感器DS18B20对水温进行多点监测,并采用无线收发模块nRFg05发送数据;上位机利用无线收发模块nRF905接收数据,并通过RS-232串口传给PC机进行实时监测.实验结果表明:该系统不仅实现了多点、动态的水温监测,还实现了数据的无线传输,有效地缩短了现场安装和调试时间,提高了测控系统的稳定性.
