修正型平面热源法导热系数测定仪的设计

         

摘要

On the basis of traditional theory and instrument of transient plane source for thermal conductivity measurement, a new pattern of heating and temperature sensing probe are designed and developed, problem of transient heal conduction of half-infinite plane while being heated is studied, a modified mathematical model of transient plane source method is established, data processing method of mathematical iteration and regression analysis is used and the modified transient plane source probe is used to achieve the measurement of both thermal effusivity and thermal conductivity coefficient of material. According to the data of experiments, the instrument which this paper designed has a high precision of 5% and a wide range of 0.003 -40W/(m ?K), and achieves the measurement of single sample which can not be tested by traditional transient plane source method and also in-situ measurement.%在传统的瞬态平面热源法导热系数测定仪的基础上,改进设计了新型加热与温度测量探头,研究了半无限大平面在被加热时的瞬态热传导问题,建立了平面热源法的数学修正模型,并采用数学迭代与回归分析的数据处理方法,实现了采用修正型平面热源法的导热仪对材料吸热系数和导热系数的同时测定.测试实验数据表明:仪器测量精度可达5%,测量范围为0.003~40W/(m·K),并且可以对单试件等不具备传统瞬态平面源法测定条件的材料进行测定和试件的在线测定.
