电子膨胀阀流量特性测试台的设计与开发

摘要

设计了一种电子膨胀阀流量测试设备,该测试台可以测试不同型号的电子膨胀阀.阐述了该流量特性测试台的设计思想、硬件结构和软件设计方法.通过对电子膨胀阀的驱动控制来完成电子膨胀阀流量特性的测试.软件开发是在V B6.0环境下实现的.实验结果表明:该测试系统很好地实现了对电子膨胀阀流量特性的测试和对故障的初步判断,具有工艺先进、测试准确、效果稳定、高效节约等优点.%A set of electronic expansion valve flow test equipment is designed to test flow of different types of electronic expansion valve. The design idea, hardware architecture and software design method are described. The equipment completes flow test by driving and controlling EXV. Software development is achieved in VB 6. 0 environment. The experimental results show that the system successfully accomplishes flow characteristic test on EXV and the initial judgment of fault,with the advantage of advanced technology,accurate test,stable effect, and efficiency,and so on.
