基于振弦式传感器的大坝渗压监测系统设计

         

摘要

Design of a dam osmotic pressure monitoring system based on vibrating string sensor is presented for the harsh operation circumstance, high reliability requirements of osmotic pressure automatic monitoring system. The hardware part of this system use LPC2368FBD as main controller, which integrates functions such as data collection,data storage,data display and power management. The working principle and characteristic of vibrating string sensor are elaborated. The structure and design thought of hardware and software for dam osmotic pressure automatic monitoring system is introduced. The design principles and implementation process of data acquisition circuit is analyzed in detail. The system sample machine is test and operated for trial in the lab. The system has following characters: the frequency' s measurement precision is ± 1 %. The function to prevent lightening and electromagnetic disturbance of signal and power source is strong. It has LCD function that can display the collected datas. It has the characteristics of small size,low cost and adapts for field harsh circumstance very well.%针对渗压自动化监测系统运行环境恶劣、可靠性要求高的特点,设计了基于振弦式传感器的大坝渗压自动化监测系统.该系统的硬件部分以LPC2368FBD为主控制器,集数据采集、数据存储、数据显示、电源管理于一体.阐述了振弦式传感器的工作原理与特性;介绍了大坝渗压自动化监测系统的硬件、软件结构和设计思想;详细分析了数据采集电路的设计原理与实现过程.将该系统样机在实验室进行了测试和试运行,频率测量精度达±1%;信号和电源防雷击和抗电磁干扰功能强;具有LCD液晶显示功能,可直接显示采集数据,且体积小、造价低,适应现场恶劣环境.
