易开盖刻痕深度一般都是通过停机调整模具下面的垫片来保证的.针对这种情况,提出采用感应加热方式加热模具,利用金属热胀冷缩原理改变模具高度来达到调整易开盖刻痕深度的目的.利用Matlab软件对感应加热过程中易开盖模具温度的实验数据进行处理分析,采用线性关系式和多项式对模具温度进行数据拟合,结果表明:感应加热方式加热模具的温度均匀性与线性性较好.最后由电感测微仪测得模具高度变化情况,进一步验证了将感应加热方法应用于易开盖刻痕深度调整方案的可行性.%Generally,the notch depth of easy-open-end is adjusted through stopping the machine working and changing the gasket which under the easy-open die. Aiming at this situation, a new scheme is brought forward. The new scheme suggests to use the induction heating to heat easy-open-end die.The height of easy-open-end die is changed according to the principle of expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by cold. The notch depth of easy-open-end is adjusted. The temperature data of induction heating is analyzed by Matlab software. The result shows that the uniformity and linearity of heating method of heating die is good when heating the easy-open-end die is heated by induction. The changing height of easy-open-end die is measured by TESA inductive probe which further verify the feasibility of the scheme using the induction heating to ajust the notch depth of easy-open-end.
