组合发动机混合动力电动汽车燃油经济性的分析

     

摘要

提出了组合发动机概念,将其应用于混合动力电动汽车中.通过组合发动机汽车与传统发动机汽车、组合发动机混合动力电动汽车与常规发动机混合动力电动汽车在不同运行工况下的经济性模拟,得出组合发动机汽牟的燃油经济性最大提高7%,组合发动机混合动力电动汽午的燃油经济性最人提高8%,可以实现轻度混合,从而降低成本.对组合发动机混合动力电动汽车在小同电池组仞始能量状态和不同发动机功率比的条件下进行经济性模拟,得出采用等功率比设计组合发动机更理想的结论.最后提出了评价经济性的感度概念,通过混合动力电动汽车的感度分析得出电机的感度最大,组合发动机混合动力电动汽车的电机和电池组的感度比常规发动机混合动力电动汽车下降,减少了对电机和电池组的依赖性.%A concept of combination engine is presented, and it is applied to HEV ( Hybrid Electrical Ve-hicles ). The fuel economy characteristics of the new power system and that of normal power system with conventional engine were compared and analyzed by means of numerical simulation at different driving cy-cles. The simulation results show that the maximum fuel economy of vehicle with combination engine is 7% better than that of vehicle with conventional engine. In addition, the maximum fuel economy improve-ment is 8% and mild hybrid system is realized when the combination engine is used in HEV, and thus will reduce the cost. The fuel economy characteristics of HEV with combination engine under different State of Charge and engine power ratio conditions were simulated. It is concluded that the combination engine with equal power ratio is more reasonable for the design of HEV. Finally, the fuel economy sensitivity concept is introduced and applied in the analysis. Through sensitivity analysis, it demonstrates that the motor has the highest sensitivity. The combination engine HEV has lower motor and battery sensitivities than that of conventional engine HEV. Therefore, the dependence on motor and battery is reduced when combination engine is used in HEV.
