Based on the addendum circle data of non-circular gears planetary in rotary transplanting mechanism, non-circular gears vertex coordinate was described to get the pitch-lines by using reverse method. The trajectory of seedling-push device was simulated by autonomous design software. The non-circular gear planetary rotary transplanting mechanism was tested to confirm if the requirement of rice transplant was met. At the same time, the parameters were optimized.%通过测量旋转式分插机构中非圆齿轮的齿顶圆数据,利用反求设计法求解了机构中的非圆齿轮节曲线和齿轮系中心距.并通过人机交互图形软件对旋转式分插机构的秧爪运动轨迹进行了动态仿真,验证了设计的非圆齿轮行星轮系旋转式分插机构满足农艺要求,同时进行了机构参数的优化设计.
