Provided is a method of solving complete flutter termination parameter based on non-fixed constraint double plastids, comprising the following steps: obtaining model input parameters at the flutter moment t 0 (S1); the model input parameters comprises: the mass ratio of the two plastids, and position coordinate, speed, acceleration and recovery coefficient of each plastid; the mass ratio and the recovery coefficient are constants; establishing a first solving model, and obtaining the flutter termination moment t ∞ parameter (S2); establishing a second solving model, and obtaining the position parameters of the two plastids at the flutter termination moment t ∞ (S3); establishing a third solving model, and according to the third solving model and the model input parameters, obtaining the speed parameters of the two plastids at the flutter termination moment t ∞ (S4). According to the method, numerical simulation continues to be completed directly from a certain flutter moment, the flutter process can be skipped, the flutter ending moment and the positions and speeds of the two collision plastids at the moment are directly obtained, the calculation precision is improved, and a large amount of calculation time is saved.
