数字化变电站冗余体系结构的改进及其可靠性和经济性评估

     

摘要

The design of redundant architecture plays an important role in guaranteeing the reliability of different protection and control systems in digital substation. Some typical redundant architectures are analyzed, and two improved schemes with centralized backup and crossover backup are proposed. The reliability and economic assessment results show that centralized backup as well as crossover backup are recommended redundancy methods for single protection system. Double protections system is essentially of high reliability without additional network redundancy.%体系结构的冗余设计对保证数字化变电站各种保护和控制系统的可靠性具有重要意义.分析了数字化变电站的典型冗余结构,提出了集中备用和交叉备用两种改进方案,并对各种冗余结构的可靠性和经济性进行了综合比较分析.研究结果表明:本文所提两种改进方案要优于目前所采用的典型方案;而双重化配置的保护系统具有很高的可靠性,无需再对其中的每一单套保护进行网络冗余配置.
