应用于四相电压调整模块的阵列式集成磁件

     

摘要

为了提高电压调整模块(VRM)的输出动态响应速度并降低其稳态电流纹波,利用多副磁心组合的方法,提出了一种应用于四相VRM的阵列式集成磁件.在不考虑漏磁通影响的情况下,分析了阵列式集成磁件参数对VRM性能的影响,建立了阵列式集成磁件的等效电路模型,并对磁件的平面化结构进行了电磁场有限元分析;在考虑漏磁通影响的情况下,对等效电路进行了修正;在稳态等效电感和动态等效电感相同的条件下,对阵列式集成磁件和分立磁件的等效电路进行了比较,并进行了电路仿真、实验.仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性,实验结果表明使用阵列式集成磁件的四相VRM动态效果较好.%In order to improve the dynamic performance and decrease the steady ripple current of VRM, this paper proposes a kind of array magnetic integration coupling inductors which can be used in 4-phase VRM with the method of combining multi piece cores. At first, this paper analyses the effect of the array integrated magnetics' parameters on VRM's performance in the condition of the leakage flux is not considered. Sets up the equivalent circuit model of the array integrated magnetics, and analyses its magnetic field with finite element analysis software. Secondly, this paper modifies the equivalent circuit model in the condition of the leakage flux is considered. Thirdly, this paper compares the equivalent circuit models of the array integrated magnetics and the separated magnetics in the condition of same equivalent steady inductance and dynamic inductance with circuit simulation. The simulated results verify the theory, and the experimental results show that 4-phase VRM with array integrated magnetics has a preferable dynamic performance.
