基于开关电容技术的新型交流PWM开关及其在微电网模式切换中的应用

         

摘要

基于开关电容技术,提出一种新型交流PWM切换开关,其等值阻抗与开关频率成反比,给出了其基本原理和基本电路拓扑。将其与高速机械开关并联,构成一种新型混合固态切换开关,可应用于电路模式切换等多种场合,有效地限制暂态电流和开关分断时的电弧。探讨了这种新型混合固态切换开关在故障电流限制、微电网模式切换中的具体应用。仿真和实验结果验证了这种新型开关的合理性及有效性。%A new type AC PWM transfer switch based on switched capacitor technology, with its principle and basic circuit topology, is put forward in this paper, which has inverse ratio characteristic between its equivalent resistance and switching frequency. A new hybrid solid-state transfer switch is then put forward, wherein this new AC PWM switch is connected in parallel with a mechanical switch, which can be used in circuit mode transfer application to effectively limit the transient current and eliminate voltage arc due to switch turning off. Furthermore, applications of this new hybrid solid-state switch in fault current limiting, and microgrid mode transfer are studied for more detail. The feasibility and effectiveness of switched capacitor based new AC PWM transfer switch are verified by simulation and experimental results.
