双定子永磁同步发电机(I)—结构原理及其响应面法设计

             

摘要

Dual-stator permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG) features high efficiency, high power-to-volume ratio which will find many applications in series hybrid EV and wind generator, but its special framework make it difficult to design a dual-stator PMSG through the normal electromagnetic design program.In the paper,the dual-stator PMSG is designed by response surface method(RSM) accompanied with the respective designs of the outer and inner PMSGs which constitute the dual-stator one.First,the dual-stator PMSG is introduced and its design considerations are given. Then the procedures to design a dual-stator PMSG through RSM are presented which consist of how to determine the design parameters,objective function,and how to construct and solve the RSM function.At last,an optimal design of dual-stator PMSG is acquired which verified successfully by FEM and prototype experiment in the part II of this paper.%双定子永磁同步发电机因具有高效、高功率密度而具有重要应用价值,但因其特殊的原理结构,难以采用现有的设计程序进行电磁设计。本文基于组成双定子永磁同发电机的内、外两个永磁同步发电机的单独设计,将响应面法应用于双定子永磁同步发电机的电磁设计中。首先给出双定子永磁同步发电机的原理结构及其电磁设计考虑;然后提出双定子永磁同步发电机的响应面设计方法及步骤,包括设计变量、目标函数的选取及具体的求解过程,采用遗传算法对响应面函数进行最优点求解;最后给出具体设计方案。该方案将在系列文章Ⅱ中进行有限元分析及样机制作和实验,以
