大气压低温等离子体的研究现状与发展趋势

     

摘要

本文概述了2016年首届全国高电压与放电等离子体学术会议.根据会议的学术报告,结合近年来大气压低温等离子体领域中经典的综述论文,从理论研究和实际应用两方面总结和分析了大气压低温等离子体的研究现状及发展趋势.其中,理论研究主要从激励电源类型、等离子体装置、实验诊断技术和仿真方法等四个方面展开综述,实际应用则主要集中在生物医学、环境治理、流动控制和材料处理等领域.从会议相关情况来看,国内的大气压低温等离子体行业正处于高速发展阶段,理论和应用研究展现出齐头并进、相辅相成的态势.理论研究需要解决等离子体的非线性现象、参数调控机制以及大面积均匀性等问题,而实际应用则聚焦于交叉领域的拓展、等离子体与样品作用机制、以及工业应用推广的相关问题.%A brief introduction to the 1st National Conference on High Voltage and Discharge Plasmas (HVDP2016) is presented in this paper. According to the academic reports in the conference, combined with some classic topic-review papers in recent years, state of art and future trends of atmospheric pressure low temperature plasmas (APLTP) are summarized and analyzed from the perspective of theory and applications, respectively. In the conference, theoretical-study related topics can be classified into four main catalogs, namely the plasma power sources, plasma-generation devices, experimental diagnostics and simulation methods, while the application related topics concentrated on the areas of biology medicine, environment management, flow control and material processing. As a glimpse of the conference, it can be seen that the APLTP in China are undergoing fast developments with equilibrium and integration in both theory and applications. In the near future, theoretical issues such as the non-linear phenomena in plasmas, the regulation mechanisms of discharge parameters, and the acquiring of large-area stable discharge need to be solved. And in the application areas, investigations are focused on the expanding of cross-fields, the mechanisms of plasma interacting with samples, and the promotions of industrial applications.
