异形永磁体圆柱型直线电机的优化设计

     

摘要

为了进一步提高直线电机的推力密度,结合异形永磁体圆柱型直线电机(T-CLM)和传统Halbach结构提出了异形永磁体Halbach阵列圆柱型直线电机(TH-CLM).建立了异形永磁体Halbach阵列圆柱型直线电机的磁路分析模型,研究了异形永磁体的异形角对电机磁场和推力的影响,得到了推力密度最大时的永磁体角度.对比分析了异形永磁体结构的两种圆柱型直线电机的推力密度,结果表明异形永磁体Halbach阵列圆柱型直线电机增强了电机的气隙磁通密度,具有更高的推力密度,并与传统的圆柱型直线电机进行了比较,验证了异形永磁体结构圆柱型直线电机在推力密度方面具有一定的优势.%In order to make a further improvement in linear motor's thrust density,a novel structure of cylindrical linear motor with Halbach array of trapezoidal permanent magnet (TH-CLM) is proposed by combining cylindrical linear motor with trapezoidal permanent magnet (T-CLM) with traditional Halbach array.Magnetic circuit analysis model of TH-CLM is built.The influence of permanent magnet's shape to magnetic field and thrust is studied,and optimal angle of permanent magnet to obtain the maximum thrust density is obtained.Thrust density of T-CLM and TH-CLM is analyzed.The results indicate that TH-CLM strengthens the air-gap magnetic flux density and thrust density by using Halbach array.A comparison of CLMs' thrust density verifies TH-CLM has a certain advantage in terms of thrust density.
